Accord Panel Composition

The Accord Panel is a multi-jurisdictional body with members appointed by the participating jurisdictions.

Accord Panel Member biographies

Columbus

	Steve Gladman is the Executive Director for the Columbus and Franklin County Housing Trust. He is an expert on housing issues in general and affordable housing in particular.
	John Tetzloff is an environmental advocate who has worked to protect Big Darby Creek for the last decade. He is currently president of the Darby Creek Association, a 35-year-old grassroots group that has been actively involved in raising awareness of Darby issues.
	Don Armour is a senior principal with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. He is a licensed civil engineer practicing in the water resources arena. Mr. Armour has been working with local communities and other stakeholders since 2000, helping them understand and address important sustainable grown issues in the Big Darby Watershed.

Hilliard
               Jay Muether is Vice President, Director of Transportation at URS Corporation as a landscape architect experienced in
             transportation engineering, project management, surveying and land development. He has worked on
             numerous major development projects in central Ohio and beyond. Mr. Muether lives in the Heritage Lakes
             subdivision, in the northeastern portion of the Big Darby Accord area.

Franklin County
              (one position vacant)

            Anthony Sasson is Freshwater Coordinator for The Nature Conservancy, Ohio Chapter. He has been involved in
            Big Darby Creek watershed conservation protection policies, planning, land acquisition, stream restoration, water
            quality, stream habitat and hydrology issues. He also addresses Ohio stream quality policy.

Brown Township
               Joe Martin is president of Martin Control Systems, Inc., an engineering company specializing in manufacturing
               automation. He served as chairman of the Brown Township Comprehensive Plan Committees in 1998 and 2005.
               Mr. Martin has lived in Brown Township with his wife and four children since 1989.

Pleasant Township
              Keith Goldhardt, Pleasant Township Trustee

Prairie Township
              Ashley Hoye is the Farm Manager of Darby Dan Farm. He is also a member of the Westland Area Business
              Association and is currently Community Relations Officer of the Westland Area Commission. Mr. Hoye lives
              on Darby Dan Farm with his wife Jodi, 10-year-old son Ashley Hoye, Jr., Ace and Lulu (dogs) and cat Zappa.
