A key recommendation of the Big Darby Accord is the development of a detailed master plan for the Town Center, a mixed-use development that includes a full range of residential, retail, office and public uses including parks and open space. The plan will provide detailed recommendations for future development and the protection of water quality and other natural resources.
The master plan is being jointly pursued by the Accord jurisdictions, and will take approximately one year to complete.

Over a 9-month period, there will be 4 public meetings and 3 design charrettes to gather input on the Town Center. Meetings will be held:

The advisory committee is composed of land owners, developers, and representatives of local schools, governmental agencies and non-profit organizations.
