Jack R. Kullman, Jr.

The Tenth District Court Administrator is responsible for all general office administration including approval of purchase orders, budgeting, personnel interviews, contracting and negotiating with outside vendors, computerization, capital equipment needs, supervision of non-judicial personnel, and interaction with various other agencies and individuals.  The Administrator also handles all procedural and emergency motions filed with the Court, reviews and recommends modifications to the Court's local rules, reviews trial court judgments for finality, and monitors lawsuits involving the Court or individual Judges.  The Court Administrator is also the first point of contact for general legal inquiries regarding the Court.

  • Admitted to the practice of law in Ohio by the Ohio Supreme Court in 1977; United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1978. 

  • Received the 1999 Columbus Bar Association Award of Merit.

  • Member of the Miami University Alumni Association.

  • Guest lecturer for numerous local and state bar association appellate practice seminars.

  • March 1978 to October 1979.  Partner and private practice attorney with Kullman and Freedman, Attorneys at Law.  Emphasis in criminal and real estate law.
