The Personal Property Tax Division provided assistance and information regarding the County Return of Taxable Business Property Forms. House Bill 66 has eliminated the need for filing this return for 2009 forward by reducing the " Listed Value " percentage in the " True Value " computation to zero (0). It did not eliminate the need to file any prior year returns that may have been missed.

The Personal Property Tax Division of the Franklin County Auditor's Office processes, and assisted taxpayers with the preparation of the County Return of Taxable Business Property Tax Forms. These forms were file between February 15 th and April 30 th . House Bill 66 phased out filing, by reducing the "Listed Value" percentage to zero.

>>Manufactured Home Tax

The Personal Property Tax Division of the Franklin County Auditor's office registers Manufactured Homes within Franklin County.  Manufactured Home owners are taxed accordingly.  Currently, there are over 5,000 Manufactured Homes registered in Franklin County and over 40 Manufactured Home Parks.
