POSITION TITLE: Deputy Director – Full Time Position

DIVISION:  Nursing Division

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in the planning, supervision, and development of public health nursing services programs (e.g., Emergency Preparedness, BCMH, Immunization Programs, CDRS, etc.)’ monitors nurse practices and assists in developing new or revised policies and procedures for program administration; assists in the preparation of budget and statistical reports; reviews financial status of nursing program; plans and assists with activities to meet goals for nursing programs; provides consultation and assistance to the Assistant Health Commissioner as requested; analyzes public health data and aids in the development of public health policy.  Participates in developing goals in the nursing division to meet public health standards.
