Nursing Division Services
The Nursing Division is responsible for the provision of public health nursing and health promotion service to the more than 370,000 residents within the jurisdiction of the Franklin County Board of Health.
The primary goals of the public health nursing services is to promote healthy lifestyles and to address chronic, acute, and communicable diseases. Public health nursing services are periodically tailored to meet specific community concerns as need dictates, and are available to work collaboratively with Franklin County’s community-based health service providers.
