Senior Wellness Clinics

Senior Wellness Clinics are provided for adults age 50 years and over at 13 community sites each month. Health assessments and/or screenings are available along with health education concerning heart disease, diabetes and other health issues. Referrals are made to healthcare and community agencies. Pneumonia immunizations are offered throughout the year at all Wellness Clinics. Influenza immunization clinics are scheduled every fall. Other adult immunizations are available at Board of Health immunization clinics. Cholesterol profile screens can be scheduled by calling
(614) 462-3719. There is a nominal fee.
