Is Your Water Well Safe?
An unsafe water supply can be a very serious health problem, in certain cases it can contributed to serious illness or death in sensitive populations, especially in infants and the elderly.
It is the recommendation of the Franklin County Board of Health, that you should test your well water for nitrates and total coliform bacteria annually. This is particularly true if your property is near an active agriculture, drop or livestock setting.
