Shadya Yazback

Shadya Yazback was recently a public finance attorney for Bricker & Eckler LLP and a policy analyst for seven years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Yazback has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Toledo, a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Michigan, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University.
In addition to serving as a Franklin County Children Services board member, Yazback volunteers with the Columbus Coalition Against Family Violence, the Franklin County Guardian Ad Litem Project, and the Women's Fund of Central Ohio. Community service has always been important to Yazback, who has worked for many other causes, including the Interprofessional Commission of Ohio, the United Way of Central Ohio's Project Diversity Advisory Committee, Art netWork, and Junior Achievement.
Yazback is proud to be appointed as an FCCS board member. "Children Services provides critical support for many of the children and families most in need of help in our community," said Yazback. "I'm honored to have the opportunity to serve the children of Franklin County in this capacity."
