August 19 – Success Is A Choice: A Foster Child Awareness Campaign
This event on the Statehouse lawn (11:30a.m.-1p.m.) will highlight the issues faced by Ohio's foster children. Partners include former foster child and now a movitational speaker Cedric Riley, Franklin County Children Services, Cuyahoga County Children Services, and Hamilton County Children Services. Youths in foster care from each agency will share their experiences, challenges and successes.

September 21 - Children's Day at COSI
This event at COSI offers a free day of fun to children and families. Each year the generous support of corporate donations covers the cost of admission for children to get in free to COSI. Thanks to sponsors Kroger, White Castle, Nationwide and 92.3 WCOL many children in need can enjoy and experience COSI. Special entertainment and prizes are featured.
