Mandated Reporters

FCCS offers training for professionals who are mandated to report abuse or neglect at its 855 W. Mound St. office each quarter. This four-hour training covers how to make a referral, what will happen after the referral is made, and what services are available to children and families. Some professionals are mandated by law to report child abuse and neglect. These mandated reporters include teachers, daycare staff, social workers, school personnel, physicians, dentists, nurses, psychologists, coroners and attorneys. Training certificates with social work provider hours will be available for those who attend the entire session. Click here to register for mandated reporter training. FCCS will provide training at your facility for groups of 15 - 40 participants. For more information or questions about mandated reporter training email here.
