Foster Care

Franklin County Children Services has implemented final changes in its foster care program that will allow the agency to shift additional resources to help reduce the placement of children and provide support to kinship families. Children Services will no longer be licensing foster homes therefore anyone interested in becoming a foster parent should contact a community provider agency.
