Birth and death certificates in Franklin County are maintained by the Columbus Health Department.
Marriage certificates are filed with the Franklin County Probate Court.
Name changes are filed with the Franklin County Probate Court.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office maintains a list of homes in foreclosure, searchable by date or zip code.
Small claims suits are handled by the Franklin County Municipal Court.
