The Auto Title West branch, located at 3451 Great Western Boulevard, will close for business effective April 29 th. Please come to the Shipley Service Center, located in the Charles D. Shipley Building at 1970 W. Broad Street, for title transactions.

The Clerk of Court's Title Division issues original Certificates of Title, duplicate titles, title transfers from out-of-state vehicles or watercraft, and memorandum titles - a copy of the title for individuals who are making payments on their vehicle.
The Title Main/South branch also has limited deputy registrar authority. At this location (and only at this location; the other three title branches cannot issue these items), customers can obtain temporary tags, transfer their tags and register for new plates.
However, the Title South branch can complete these transactions only when a customer is having title work done. For all other licensing and tag needs, visit the nearest Deputy Registrar - there is a registrar located near each of our title branch locations.
