What we do

We enforce the dogs laws in Franklin County and keep the public safe from animal-related health or safety dangers. We also educate the public and teach pet owners to be more responsible citizens.

We r
espond to service requests, impound dogs, file criminal charges, make court appearances, assist the police in cases involving dogs, investigate animal bites and livestock attacks.
