No Gifts, Please
Occasionally, some of our clients will attempt
to offer tokens of appreciation when good service has been provided
on their case. While your feedback is important to us, we are prohibited
by law from accepting gifts no matter how minimal the value.
If you would like to express your opinion related to superior customer service,
a simple thank-you note is most appropriate. Your cooperation on this matter
is appreciated.
