Welcome to Franklin County Economic Development & Planning (EDP) Geographic Information Systems Webpage page. The pupose of EPD GIS is to provide GIS consultation, website development and management and data analysis services to internal staff, local townships and other public and private entities so they can make informed policy and planning recommendations and decisions.

| What is GIS:
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is an integrated collection of computer software and data used to view and manage information about geographic places, analyze spatial relationships, and model spatial processes.
Zoning Map: Franklin County EDP administers zoning for the following 11 townships: Blendon, Brown, Clinton, Franklin, Hamilton, Mifflin, Madison, Norwich, Pleasant, Sharon, Truro.
