The I.C.E. program was designed and developed to provide a proactive response to targeting major drug offenders by training area residents and businesses to recognize suspicious elements or behaviors that may indicate criminal activity. Participants are provided with the Sheriffs 24 hour tip line.
During calendar year 2004, 72 presentations have been made to 1,459 participants resulting in the seizure of 605 pounds of marijuana, 4757 grams of cocaine valued at $1,687,926 and 69 arrests.
