In accordance with the Standard Federal Sub grant Conditions and the special conditions as imposed by the OHS & JP, all agencies that receive pass through funding through the OHS & JP must comply with reporting requirements. Reports received will be forwarded to the appropriate state and federal offices and will be used to assess progression and performance of the project.

Please note that failure to submit the required reports in a timely manner may result in suspension of the program, the delay of payments being processed, and potential future funding may be jeopardized.
