Grant Distribution Program
Program Purpose
The purpose of the Grant Distribution Program is to provide grant money from the County's General Fund to community-based agencies so they can implement successful projects that meet or exceed performance goals.
Program Services
Grants Administration, Performance-Based Measurement Assistance, Project/Program Evaluation, Executive Summary and Recommendation Reports, and Grant Progress Reports
