Program Purpose
The purpose of the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Prevention, Retention and Contingency programs (PRC) grant funding is to assist families in need by implementing projects that deliver academic, life skills, violence prevention and/or child welfare services that meet or exceed performance objectives.

Program Services
Grants Administration, Training and Technical Assistance, Strategic Performance Based Measurement Development, Project/Program Evaluation, Facilitated Collaborations, County Representation at State and Federal Level, Public Information and Education Sessions.
