As an agency we have a vision of becoming a valued resource and a leader in the arena of Public Assistance within our community. One of our first steps to achieving this goal is to make adjustments which will enhance the way we actually deliver our services. Our previous method for service delivery was one which customers could have one point of contact for all of their service needs. Our new model separates the work into pods and allows for specialization in particular areas with goals of increasing consistency and accuracy. As Franklin County’s population continues to grow, so do the needs of many of its residents. In order for us to maintain consistency and streamline our services to better serve our clients, a remodel of our service delivery was necessary.
I recognize change is uncomfortable for many, including our customers and partners. So, I thank you in advance for your patience and appreciate all of your support as we continue to strive to become the best organization we can be.
