The Franklin County Job and Family Services Employee Recognition Program recognizes staff members who have
shown outstanding individual effort. The Employee of the Quarter program recognizes deserving staff on a
quarterly basis and nominations are accepted year-round.
The Employee of the Year program recognizes deserving staff on a yearly basis. Employees of the Year are
announced at our annual agency Employee Recognition Ceremony where staff comes together to review and
reflect the past year's accomplishments.
