2010 Employee of the Year

Denise Hensley exemplifies the ideal Job and Family Services Case Manager. Denise has been the primary Franklin County Job and Family Services contact for the Ohio Benefit Bank counselors and has been recognized by many of its leaders and counselors for her exceptional service on behalf of the customers in the community. She is dedicated to her customers and administers the program rules with diligence. Denise processes approximately 300 applications each month, all while maintaining an overall accuracy rate of 98.5 percent in 2010.

Her hard work and dedication to the Ohio Benefit Bank program has increased the overall accuracy and timeliness of applications and has provided exemplary customer service to the citizens of Franklin County. Denise is committed to the families in this community and she takes on the challenges to improve service.
