As work on the new Common Pleas Courthouse continues, the construction of a pedestrian tunnel below Mound Street that will connect the existing buildings with the new courthouse will impact the traffic flow in the vicinity of Franklin County's Downtown Government Campus.

Effective March 2nd, Mound Street will become a one-way, one-lane westbound street between High and Front Streets.

Construction of the tunnel is expected to require five or six months. When the project is complete, Mound Street will again be a two-way, east and westbound thoroughfare.
