The purpose of the Communication Services line of business is to provide electronic voice communications to participating agencies so they can communicate at all times countywide.

• Radio Communications: agency communications, radio features, tower space, talk groups, voice log reports, GPS radio location.
  
• Telecommunications: inmate phones, pay phones, voicemail, automatic call distribution, IVR and voice services.
