The purpose of the Tenant Services line of business is to provide supplemental services to employees and/or the general public so they can conduct business in a desirable environment.

• General Services: smoking areas, food & beverage, mailboxes, TDD's, meeting schedules, AV equipment, aesthetic treatments, ATM, newspapers, wheelchairs, meeting room configurations, special events, directional assistance, pool cars.
  
• Parking Facilities: hourly parking spots, agency pool car spots, monthly parking spots.
  
• Surplus: refurbished furniture and surplus disposition.
