The Franklin County Courthouse Complex provides the following amenities: an ATM on the first floor of the Hall of Justice; a postage stamp machine on the first floor of the Hall of Justice; wheel chairs that may be picked up from security and used to reach your destination within the complex; and a public cafeteria, known as Ben Franklin Cafeteria , on the 16th floor of the Franklin County Courthouse.
