Water Delivery Program
Program Purpose:
The purpose of the Water Delivery Program is to provide a reliable
source of safe water to our Franklin County customers.
Services Provided:
New water permits,
water repair permits, hydrant repairs, hydrant inspections,
water break repairs, water meter installations, water
meter repairs, water permit inspections, water service
hook-ups, water main line locations, water sales, water
engineering service contracts, water engineering project
management services, water preventative maintenance
inspections, and delivered water.
