The Data Center is a County agency, operating under the Automatic Data Processing Board, and
administered by the Franklin County Auditor; we specialize in the unique Information Technology
requirements of County government and administration. Our customers enjoy the benefits of both
centralized and distributed computing, and the security of regular backups and protected data
storage. The Data Center also works with County agencies on the purchase of new computer equipment,
assists agencies who employ dedicated MIS Staff, and provides many other IT services.
The Automatic Data Processing Board is the body of elected and appointed officials which normally
meets once a month, on the first Monday, to decide upon County Information Technology resolutions,
as well as personnel and budget issues concerning the Data Center. The Board operates under authority
of the Ohio Revised Code, Sections 307.84 through 307.846.
A special meeting will be held on December 18th, 2013 9:00 am at 25th Floor -- Meeting Room B, 373 S. High Street Columbus, Ohio 43215.
