In July 2010, Franklin County Emergency Management and Homeland Security (FCEM&HS) initiated the process to develop a regional training and exercise strategy for the Columbus Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). This document, the Franklin County Regional Training and Exercise Strategy, is the culmination of a year of planning, numerous meetings, and significant input from stakeholders throughout the region.
