Training

Welcome to the training page.   Most of the training listed is for first responders, government and medical personnel.   However, there are some classes that will be offered to the general public.  Classes are free and held at FCEM&HS unless stated otherwise.  Click the blue links for details.

If you would like to receive notices of new training opportunities, a Training POC can be designated for your municipality or agency. For more information, contact Pam Tickle, Training/Grants Manager at (614) 794-0213 or pktickle@franklincountyohio.gov.  POCs will be requested to inform Ms. Tickle of local training and exercises so she is able to avoid scheduling conflicts for major events.

Classes are held at different locations throughout the year. Call (614) 448-1481 if you would like to register for a class listed on the CERT Website.   You must attend all sessions to receive a certificate.  There is no fee to attend.  More information on CERT [PDF]
