Riverfest, a service of the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), will conclude its month-long celebration of water, Ohio's greatest resource, with the annual Grand Finale on Friday, June 29, 2012 from 5 p.m.- 9 p.m. The event will be held at the Center for Science and Industry's (COSI) Family Friday Night for $9.95 a person.

Activities during the evening include the free showing of Extreme Screen Movies; The Mono Lake Story, Dark Side of the Lens, Water Loving Doggies, Chasing Water and The Marion Stoddard Story. Individuals can also enjoy the Riverfest Activity Booths located throughout COSI and the Water Exhibit where you would learn about water from around the world.

"We want to give families the opportunity to come out and enjoy one of our most precious resources; water," states Amanda McEldowney, MORPC Associate Planner. "Attendees of COSI will get to experience Riverfest's hands-on activities that include environmental messages on ways residents of central Ohio can reduce their water usage."
