WHAT: The annual Black History Month Kickoff Celebration is presented by Franklin County Job and Family Services, and Child Support Enforcement Agency. This year’s event will feature Columbus City Councilmember Charleta Tavares as the keynote speaker, remarks by the Commissioners, FCI Falcons Step Team, Mime Ministry, JFS Choir, and Black Art Plus.
