September 11: A Community Remembers

On Friday, September 11, 2009 Franklin County Officials will commemorate the tragedies of 9/11 during a flag raising ceremony outside of the Courthouse Buildings. Commissioners will be joined by other county Elected Officials, police and fire personnel and the community for a thirty minute flag raising ceremony.
