On Halloween Superman to Visit County Courthouse

WHAT:

On Wednesday, October 31, 2007, Franklin County employees and residents will be joined by the Man of Steel, Superman. He will be talking about fitness, nutrition and the value of practicing healthy habits during a lunch hour course on healthy lifestyle choices. Superman will also be available for autographs and photos.

Beginning August 29, 2007, Franklin County Commissioners began hosting a series of FREE lunch hour courses geared to help residents and county employees lead healthier lives. The courses are held each Wednesday at Noon and are open to the public. Residents and employees attending the courses will receive lessons on healthy activities such as golf, ball room dancing, cooking and food preparation, exercise and much, much more.
