Commissioners Appoint Carmen Abrosio to Central Ohio Transit Authority Board of Trustees

The Franklin County Board of Commissioners have appointed Carmen Ambrosio, of Dublin, to the Central Ohio Transit Authority for a term ending in March 2008.

Ms. Ambrosio currently serves as program coordinator of the Ohio Buckeye Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She recently served as program/public relations coordinator for the Mental Health Association of Franklin County. Ms. Ambrosio graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in communications.

COTA is the regional public transportation provider for central Ohio. Franklin County Commissioners Mary Jo Kilroy, Dewey Stokes and Paula Brooks appoint two of the board's 13 members.
