SWACO's Franklin County Landfill will be open Friday, July 3rd normal business hours (5am-5pm). However the landfill will be closed Saturday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. The landfill will reopen Monday, July 6th at 5am.

Residents, businesses, and commercial haulers in Franklin County may use SWACO's Franklin County Landfill. The charge is $35.50 per ton with a minimum charge of $5.00. We accept cash, checks, and charge cards. More information on the landfill is available at:
