Due to nightly back up of files, this on-line Marriage License Application is unavailable between the hours of 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM each evening.

A marriage license is valid sixty (60) days from the date of issuance.

**All applicants are required by law to appear in the Probate Court to obtain their marriage license.  By completing your application on-line you are expediting your process at the Court.  Please make sure all dates and spellings are correct to assure the accuracy of your marriage documentation.  Additional information including Court costs and required documentation is available on the Marriage Information page. 

The Probate Court may declare as void ab initio any marriage license issued based on an application containing false statements.
