County Recorder Solicits Input For New Document Management System
Date Posted: 07/30/14
Recorder Brown is soliciting feedback from the customers of the Franklin County Recorder’s office to aid in the development of an RFP for a new document management system. Input can be provided at any of the 4 Customer Information Sessions held on Monday, August 11 and Friday, August 15, 2014. “The input from our customers is crucial to selecting a system that will meet not only the needs of the office internally, but of our customers as well,” said Recorder Brown. Individuals can register for a Customer Information Session by clicking here. If you cannot attend one of these sessions, you can fill out our user survey by clicking here between now and 5:00 PM on August 15, 2014. The responses from these sessions and the user surveys will guide the Recorder’s office in the construction of the RFP. This fall the Recorder’s office will have public presentations from the finalists for the new document management system and will encourage the public to view these demonstrations and provide their feedback as well. If you have any questions, or for more information, contact Brian Shinn, Chief Deputy Recorder, at 614-525-4129, or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
