- Turn right on to Spring Street (West)
- Take Spring Street to Third Street
- Turn left on to Third Street
- Take Third Street to Fulton Street
- Turn right on to Fulton Street
- Take Fulton to Franklin County parking garage mid-block
- Turn right into the Franklin County parking garage
From the South
- North on I-71 to Cleveland / Wheeling (I-71N / I-70E)
- Take next exit Front Street / High Street / Exit 100A
- Turn left on to Front Street (North)
- Turn left into the Juvenile Detention Center parking garage mid-block after crossing Third Street
From the East
- West on I-70
- Exit at the Fourth Street / High Street / Exit 100B This ramp becomes Fulton Street
