Fees

The Recorder's fees are set in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code section 317.32.

As of 7/01/2009 a document not prepared in accordance with Ohio Revised Code section 317.114 is subject to an additional recording fee of $20.00.

The method of payment for all document filings or copies is by cash, check or money order only. Please make your check or money order payable to "Franklin County Recorder." Checks payable to second or third parties will not be accepted.

Please note that there will be an additional charge for postage to return an original document unless a self-addressed stamped envelope is provided.
