Please be advised that the Franklin County Recorder's Office will be closed on Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day. Our office will re-open on Tuesday, May 28th at 8:00 AM.

Updated Electronic Living Will Packet Now Available

Our website now features a fillable PDF version of the living will packet.  The most recent version of the living will packet can still be found in the Living Will Information section on our homepage.  Once you have filled out the sections of the packet that do not require a signature (either your own or that of a witness), you can print the packet in its entirety to both sign and record it in our office.  Should you have any questions or concerns accessing the most recent version of the living will packet featured on this website, please feel free to contact our office by phone at 614-525-3930 or by email at Recorder@FranklinCountyOhio.gov.
