Services Offered

• Payment plans for up to 5 years (60 months) for owners who live in their own home, owe back taxes and have not previously defaulted on a payment plan.
• Free 10-hour Personal Finance Education classes through ECDI for taxpayers who successfully complete the first year of their payment plan contract.
• Free financial counseling through Consumer Credit Counseling Services for those who wish to reinstate a defaulted contract.
• Tax delinquent owners of commercial, industrial and non-owner-occupied residential properties may be eligible for installment plans.
• Payment plans are also available for owners of manufactured homes.
