Franklin County Treasurer Edward Leonard reminds taxpayers that
Wednesday March 1 is the last day to pay manufactured home taxes in order to
avoid a mandatory 10% penalty. Approximately 6000 manufactured home bills
were mailed on February 3. Requests for a bill or questions should be directed
to 614-462-3431. Manufactured home taxes may be paid by mail or in person at
the county treasurer’s office located at 373 S High St, 17th Floor, Columbus OH
43215. March 1st postmarks will be honored.
New manufactured home owners have thirty days from the time of
purchase to register with the county auditor whose office is located at 373 S.
High St. 21st floor.
