Real Estate Tax Payments may be made in person at the Franklin County Treasurer's Office.

• Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.
• We accept cash, standard check, money order, cashier's check or certified check.
• Be sure that your check includes:
• Your Name
• Parcel Number
• Make checks payable to Ed Leonard OR Franklin County Treasurer
• We no longer accept credit cards at our Cashier's Window. If you bring a credit card, however, we can show you how to use the internet or give you the number to call to pay your taxes. Note: The credit card service provider will charge a fee for processing credit cards.

Drop Box

A drop box for tax payments is located at the main entrance to the county courthouse. You can make payments here 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
