Reentry Assistance Strategic Plan

The organizing principle of the 2023 – 2025 Franklin County Reentry Strategic Plan is “Transforming Reentry through Innovation, Collaboration, and Data-Driven Decisions” while ensuring the voice of residents impacted by our justice system guides our approach. The plan is designed to focus the reentry work of the Franklin County Board of Commissioners (BOC) and their staff along with oversight from the RAB to advance community well-being by assisting justice-system impacted individuals, families, and neighborhoods in new and improved ways.
