Jeffrey J. Young, Director
Jeffrey J. Young has served as Director of Franklin County Emergency Management & Homeland Security since October 2016. A U.S. Navy Veteran with a 28 year Fire and EMS career with the Upper Arlington Fire Division. In addition to his current responsibility he has leadership roles with the Chemical Emergency Preparedness Advisory Council (CEPAC), The Homeland Security Advisory Council, and COTS.
