Register as a New County Vendor
Any Vendor wishing to do business with Franklin County. The Franklin County Board of Commissioners are committed to ensuring that diversity and inclusion values are considered in all aspects of County Procurement.
The County encourages local businesses and Small and Emerging Business Enterprises (SEBE) to register as a vendor with the County as a first step toward engaging in potential partnership opportunities.
The Purchasing Department develops its Bidders Notification List for each bid based on the registered vendors’ NAICS Classification Codes as they apply to each bid’s requirements. When registering, use your company’s NAICS Classification Codes Listing to help us identify your company’s capabilities to provide services and goods to the County.
The Small and Emerging Business Enterprises (SEBE) program is a commitment to its participants to encourage competition and provide an even playing field for all businesses. It is designed to encourage these businesses to participate in Franklin County contracts and procurements.
