Franklin County Coroner The Coroner's Office investigates all deaths by violence, criminal means, suicide, or any unattended death whatever the cause. The Coroner’s Office provides identification, performs autopsies or medical examinations, and carries out any other requirements in regard to deaths which fall in the categories mentioned above.
Engineer's Office For over 200 years, the Franklin County Engineer's Office has maintained roadways for safe and efficient travel year round. The Engineer's take every aspect of this job seriously - from roadway debris removal or bridge design. We have 175 people working together to provide safe routes through Franklin County.
Emergency Management Emergency Management and Homeland Security coordinates and prepares for all-hazards disaster planning, warning, response, and recovery efforts to prepare and protect the citizens of Franklin County before, during, and after natural and man-made disasters.
Alcohol, Drug, & Mental Health (ADAMH) Board The Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Board of Franklin County (ADAMH) leads the planning, funding and evaluation of community-based, recovery-oriented mental health and addiction prevention, treatment and support services for residents of Franklin County.
Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) MORPC is Central Ohio’s voice. Law Library Under Ohio Revised Code section 307.51(B), the Law Library provides "legal research, reference, and library services to the county and to the municipal corporations, townships, and courts within the county and shall manage the coordination, acquisition, and utilization of legal resources." The Franklin County Law Library is dedicated to providing legal resources to all central Ohio citizens.
