Frequently Needed Forms

Residential Zoning

The Residential Zoning Compliance Application(PDF, 291KB) is needed when you want to build the following. You can submit your electronic signature through DocuSign.

  • A new residence
  • Patio or deck
  • Detached structure (pole barn, shed, etc.)
  • Pond
  • Interior remodel, fire rehab etc.
  • Roofing, siding and/or window replacement
  • Community Garden
  • Room addition
  • Swimming pool
  • Home Occupation (having a business in the home)
  • New driveway, driveway expansion, parking pad

Fences

The Residential Fence Permit Application(PDF, 371KB) is needed for any vinyl, wood or chain link fence. Note that chain link fences are prohibited between the street and principal structure per Section 501.024(b).

Commercial Zoning and Signs

The Commercial Zoning Compliance(PDF, 447KB) application is needed for businesses that are undergoing commercial construction including:
